MLV collects the following personal data: Language of use, surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, landline and/or cell phone number(s), language, function, company name, VAT number, bank account number, Internet browser used, browsing mode used (PC or mobile).
3. Purposes of the processing

Only MLV is the recipient of the personal information provided. Neither MLV, nor any of its subcontractors, external service providers or partners, market the personal data of visitors to the site and MLV.
5. Shelf life

7. Visitor’s rights
The visitor has the following rights, in accordance with the above-mentioned European regulation:
Right of access and communication of data
The visitor has the right to access and consult the personal data that MLV holds about him or her. The visitor can also find out how MLV obtained the information and to whom it was disclosed. In view of MLV’s obligation of security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data, the visitor’s request for access and consultation of data will be processed subject to proof of identity, in particular by producing an electronic or paper copy (accompanied by a signature) of his or her identity card during the period of validity thereof. The application is, in any case, free for the visitor. MLV may, however, object to requests that are clearly abusive (e.g., by their number or repetitive or systematic nature).
Right to rectify data
The European regulation allows the visitor to request the rectification, updating or deletion of data concerning him/her which may be inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete or obsolete.
Right to object
The visitor has the right to object to the processing of data in the following two situations: when the exercise of this right is based on legitimate reasons or when the exercise of this right aims to prevent the data collected from being used for commercial prospecting purposes.
Right to erasure
The visitor has the right to request and obtain the deletion of his or her data held by MLV. MLV will comply with the visitor’s request if: the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; the processing of the data was based exclusively on the visitor’s consent and the visitor withdraws his or her consent; the visitor objects to the processing for well-founded reasons. In any event, MLV may refuse a request for deletion if the request is necessary for the exercise or defense of legal rights or to comply with a legal or contractual obligation on the part of MLV.
Right to data portability
The visitor may request that his or her personal data be transferred to a controller identical to MLV. The visitor may therefore request from MLV that the data be transmitted in a structured, commonly used and computer-readable format.

8. Response time
MLV will comply with the visitor’s request by responding in the same manner as the visitor exercised his or her right. MLV undertakes to respond to any request for access, rectification or opposition, deletion or any other additional request for information within a reasonable time and in any event, within a maximum of 1 month from receipt of your request. Depending on the complexity of the request, the response time may be extended to 3 months in accordance with the applicable European regulation.
9. Persons entitled to consult personal data
Only MLV staff members are authorized to view personal data, except as provided in Section 4 above. These individuals have a reasonable need for the data because of the tasks and duties assigned to them or because of the requirements of MLV’s business.
10. Authorized service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union
MLV also informs the visitor that it uses authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data provided. These service providers are located within the European Union. MLV has previously ensured that its service providers have implemented adequate guarantees and comply with strict conditions regarding confidentiality, use and data protection.
11. Complaint to the competent authority
MLV hopes that any difficulties that may arise in relation to the processing of personal data will be resolved through dialogue.
